- Why? Because authenticity is an inescapable asset for any company seeking sustainable growth, attractiveness and an unrivalled level of performance, directly correlated to the managerial culture and the behaviours that go with it.
- How? Through 3 stages organised by myself:
- a diagnosis carried out with the management team, enabling them to become aware of the level of authenticity they have achieved to date
- followed by the implementation of a training module, aimed at the entire management team and tailored to their needs, depending on the level of authenticity identified
- before being deployed in the form of a managerial reference framework specific to the company, including the 5 key behaviours of the Authentic Manager, illustrated below:
